Ferdinand “Boy” Padolina played a foundational role in PRECA as a member of its inaugural set of officers, serving diligently as Vice President from 1996 to 2013. An alumnus of San Beda College and its College of Law in Manila, he further honed his skills at the Career Institute of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Larry Rivera

Larry, an Electrical Engineer hailing from Adamson University (Class of '77), holds the distinction of leading PRECA as President during two significant tenures, from 1997-2007 and again from 2011-2013. As the Director of Engineering at AVCON Engineering, PC in New York, his professional acumen is well-recognized. But beyond his career, Larry's heart lies in giving back. He co-presides over Gen. Tinio National High School Batch 1972, a collective that has contributed extensively to education in Papaya, from donating school infrastructure to initiating scholarship programs. Additionally, as Chairman of General Tinio Central School Batch 1968, he's spearheaded efforts to enrich the learning environment with essential resources. A Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Council #1345 Bergenfield/Dumont chapter in New Jersey, Larry's life motto resonates with his actions: "Hailing from humble beginnings, my aim is to assist others wholeheartedly, without anticipating anything in return."

Eden Terrado.jpg

Eden Terrado

Eden, with her unwavering commitment to PRECA, served as its President from 2008-2011, later transitioning to Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2004-2008, and continues her involvement as an adviser since 2012. A milestone during her leadership was securing a tax-exempt status for PRECA from the IRS, amplifying the organization's fundraising capabilities. This feat was achieved with the gracious pro bono assistance from Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LP, the law firm where she dedicated years as a records manager until her retirement in 2010. Before this chapter, Eden's compassion found expression in her role as a registered nurse in both the US and the Philippines. Since 1981, Fairfax, Virginia has been her hearth and home, only briefly relocating to Manila for 3.5 years due to her husband Ernie's assignment as a Key Expert for an EU energy project. Today, Virginia is home to her expansive family, including her three daughters, Eileen, Ethel, and Tina, their respective spouses, and eight cherished grandchildren.
