President
Jennifer Padolina
Born in Bo. Padolina, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija to Leonardo Pangilinan Padolina and Magdalena de Leon Bote, Jennifer's journey started from humble beginnings. After completing her initial studies at Gen. Tinio High School, she pursued Liberal Arts at the Far Eastern University, eventually earning her Nursing degree from Manila Doctors College of Nursing in 1979. Her nursing career took her to Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she also became a personal trainer at the Emirate's pioneering "Women Only" gym. Transitioning to America in 1985 marked a shift in Jennifer's career. Leaving nursing behind, she ventured into the corporate realm. By 1996, she became a prominent figure at New York Life, first as an agent and later ascending to the role of a Partner in the New Jersey General Office. With a strong focus on mentoring and professional development, Jennifer played an instrumental role in growing the agency's Million Dollar Round Table membership from 6 to 74. Complementing her professional achievements, Jennifer's commitment to community service is noteworthy. She currently holds positions on the Board of Director for the Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce, Board of Trustee for the Rotary District 7490's Gift of Life Program, and various other civic roles. Her dedication earned her accolades, including the Gift of Life Humanitarian Award and the Walter D. Head Foundation Award from Rotary International District 7490. Perhaps her most heartfelt contribution is through the Rotary International District 7490-Gift of Life Program. Since 2000, Jennifer has hosted children and young adults, primarily from the Philippines, for life-saving open-heart surgeries. Her efforts have facilitated surgeries for over 50 individuals, transforming countless lives. Inspired by her own journey from modest beginnings to impactful leadership, Jennifer believes in dreaming big while staying grounded in one's roots. She actively mentors individuals, urging them to discover their purpose and embrace life's plan. Residing in Bergen County, New Jersey, Jennifer is an avid golfer, traveler, hiker, and passionate animal rescuer.
